Phase 1: Endurance

It can't be emphasized enough to an athlete that combining strength and endurance result in muscular endurance. Endurance is vital for any athlete, and some sports such as basketball, football, hockey, and soccer require a higher balance of speed and strength, along with maximum endurance.
Phase 2: Stabilization
Core strength is vital and without it, you stand no chance of being a dominant athlete in your sport, especially if you're in gymnastics, surfing, skates, etc. All athletes require a strong core because it is the center of your bodies foundation and the reason behind how you will achieve a jaw-dropping sculpted six pack abs.
Core exercises train various muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips, and abdomen to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability, whether on the playing field or in daily activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles
